Want to help someone who is technology illiterate, learn practical tech-support skills, and earn a $50 Coles or Kmart voucher?
You’re invited to take part in the new Technology Assistance Project — a community initiative designed to grow confident, supportive guides and navigators for everyday technology, connectivity, safety and contextual skill development.
⭐ What you need to complete
1️⃣ Complete a short online survey (Technology Capability Checker)
2️⃣ Join a short online orientation
— Learn how to assist beginners
— Learn simple A.I. tools that make everyday tasks easier
3️⃣ Choose ONE person you know who is technology illiterate — family, neighbour, community member
4️⃣ Help them learn ONE new technology skill, such as:

Around 45-60 minutes total + time helping your chosen person.
Training delivered one on one online, online group or a recording you can view at your pace.
